I have uninstalled the Genie software and tried the executable that is supposed to install the drivers only. When I install, it gives me a message that the software installed correctly, but when I try to run the Netgear Genie I get an error message: "A6200.exe - Entry Point Not Found - The procedure entry point WTSRegisterSessionNotification could not be located int he dynamic link library WTSAPI32.dll." I downloaded the software from Netgear (the oldest versions I could find). There are no Netgears drivers loaded by default that I am able to find. However, Device Manager shows it is not properly configured. When I connect the Netgear A6200 to the computer, it recognizes it, even knows that it brand/model of the adapter.
